At Silver Beach for the fireworks. We found a crowd of friends from GCC, some of whom had brought sparklers for the kids (Thanks Jen!). I told the kids on their way over to do the sparklers that they had to follow the rules. Abby, being the good little girl she is, asked what the rules were. "Don't burn anybody" was the reply she received. Good rule.
