The proof is in the pictures

Small improvements to the front of the house so far - a fake rock over the huge, white well thing in the yard, my new "$20" plant next to the door, and new light fixtures (one right next to the front door). How this picture will change: landscaping - rocks and foliage of some sort (the details really aren't my thing!), ground lighting, and beautiful navy blue shutters around the windows.

New grass coming in - as Adam pointed out to me the other day, we've owned the house for 3 summers (this is our 4th) and we've had a kid's pool in 3 different spots - leaving us 3 large, bare patches in the lawn. Ooops.

Evidence of the tree that is no more. Another bare spot in the lawn...

That brown, dead-looking line on the left is where the fence was! It looks SOOOO much better without it! See the bottom of that huge evergreen on the right? It's free for the taking! Of course, you'll need to dig it up and haul it away yourself...

Here's the trampoline - with the kids in it and everything! What you'll also notice is the "pit" of overgrown brush and debris that used to be a sunken above-ground pool. We're expecting loads of dirt any day to take card of that. Behind the trampoline is the "shed" (or, what we believe could have been a great location for a meth lab in years past) that will be leveled (or burned, if I get my way) and a horribly overgrown corner of our yard. Getting that area taken care of will make a HUGE difference in the look and feel of the yard.
